Sonnetend Field Spaniels welcome you to our website.

We are a small family of Field Spaniels, who share our home with a Hungarian Wirehaired Vizsla, based in the UK.

We are committed to playing our part in ensuring this beautiful Native Vulnerable breed, continues to survive and flourish by raising healthy, happy Field Spaniel Puppies in a loving, family environment, giving our puppies the best possible start in life.

We are Deborah, Martin, Abigail and Oliver Stone. Dogs and puppies have always been a part of our lives and we obtained our kennel affix SONNETEND in 1990. All our puppies are registered with the Royal Kennel Club in the UK with this affix.

Our dogs are an integral part of our family. We enjoy showing them in the ring but most of all they are much loved members of our family, who enjoy long walks and snoozing on the sofas!

We fell in love with the Field Spaniel 19 years ago. One of the UK's native, vulnerable breeds, we hope to play our part in making sure the Field Spaniel continues to survive and flourish, by raising healthy, happy Field Spaniel puppies from health tested parents, breeding for health, sound temperaments and maintaining the unique qualities and beauty of this breed in our puppies.

Sonnetend is very proud to be the home of the UK’s Top Field Spaniel 2013 and Top Brood Bitch 2015, 2017 & 2018 and the breeders of the UK’s Top Field Spaniel 2015, Top Stud Dog 2022, Best of Breed at Crufts 2015 and 2020. We are also proud to be the breeders of Best In Show at the Field Spaniel Society Championship Show 2017 and 2019 and to have won Best in Show ourselves in 2011 and 2013!

Finally, we are extremely proud to have bred not one, but two Field Spaniel World Winner Best of Breeds at the World Dog Show in 2018 and 2023! As breeders, we are extremely proud of these accolades, but whether our Field Spaniel puppies go on to be big winners in the ring or the most loyal family companions, we are proud of all our puppies.
